- Instructed at the Canadian Embroiderers' Guild, London Summer Workshop, 2006
- Taught and exhibited as artist-in-residence at the Greenwich Academy, Greenwich, CT, September 1994
- Instructed in arts and crafts summer schools in Vermont every summer for the thirteen years
- Lectured and taught for over two dozen guilds including one in Bermuda since mid 80's, often as a repeat guest
- Invited to teach in retail establishments ongoing since 1987
- Taught high school Mathematics and English in Montreal, Quebec and St. Albans, Vermont, 1964-1968

- Wrote the initial guidelines for the QC conferences

- Curated the first Canadian Exhibit, Canada Uncovered, at the Museum of the American Quilter’s Society, Paducah, KY
- Instructed & exhibited, International Festival of the Arts, Kunming, China, 1999
- Introduced a quilter's approach to color in the art class at the Lycée canadienne (St. Jean cap Ferrat, France, 1994)
